Districts Baseline Survey

In January 2006, the Rwandan Government has reformed the administrative implementation of the decentralization policy decided since 2000. The country is organized in four provinces in addition to the Kigali city, 30 Districts, 416 Sectors, 2148 Cells and 14 837 Villages.

However, for administrative reasons and in the absence of latest data on districts and sectors, a baseline datasource was planned.
