Civil Servant Census (2010)

The government of Rwanda has conducted the second Civil Servant Census in 2010 after the previous one which was carried out in 1987. The main purpose of the 2010 Census was to obtain reliable data which will help in planning of various programmes dedicated to mainstreaming knoweldges on employees in Public sector and provide key indicators and key characteristics of this category.
