Mr NKUSI David

Mr. NKUSI David is the Corporate Services Division Manager at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR), a position he has held since September 2014, where he oversees finance and administration. 

Prior to joining NISR, he served as Director of Finance and Logistics at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning from 2006 to 2014. He also held senior finance roles in institutions such as FARG, the Ministry of Education, and RWANDATEL. He previously served on the boards of institutions including SONARWA Life Assurance, FARG, and the former Human Resources and Institutional Capacity Development Agency (HIDA). Mr. NKUSI currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Road Maintenance Fund (RMF) and chairs its Audit Committee. 

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Rwanda, an MBA in Finance from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and is a Certified Public Finance Management Accountant (USA). He has also completed various international and local certifications in accounting, governance, risk management, and public finance.
