National Bank of Rwanda
The National Bank of Rwanda is a key institution to the National Institution of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) especially the Economics Statistics Department. Both institutions support each other in calculation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Consumer Price Index (CPI), National Accounts, and other others areas in relation with the economy

Ministry of Agriculture
Since Agriculture continues to constitute an important element of the national Economy, collaboration between NISR and MINAGRI was important. Overseeing the Agricultural Sector Statistical System is the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI) which is mandated of defining policy, setting standards, regulating, resource mobilization and monitoring activities in the sector, while NISR is to provide technical support to MINAGRI for the collection and elaboration of agricultural statistics. Partnership between both Institutions has led to the achievement the following; conducted a comprehensive National Agricultural Survey from in 2008, conduct regularly a light crop assessment survey based on seasons, Live stock statistics, Export crop statistics, and collection of prices of agricultural commodities

Ministry of Health
The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda has long partnership with the Ministry of Health (MOH) in carrying out various health and demographic related surveys.  The Ministry of Health in collaboration with NISR have implemented the following surveys; Demographic and Health Survey (DHS 2005 & 2010), Service Provision Assessment (SPA 2008)
