INES - Ruhengeri
“Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri” (INES- Ruhengeri) is a higher learning Institute that was established in November 2003 and founded by the Catholic Diocese of Ruhengeri as a tool of development of the Rwandan and regional society. Since its foundation, INES-Ruhengeri has made countless efforts in enhancing cooperation with the surrounding Institutes. The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) is among that partnered with INES – Ruhengeri in areas of developing statistics. Partnership areas include; Joint identification of the skills gaps in the areas related to Statistics; Experts from both sides; Experts from NISR to contribute in program elaboration and review; Facilities such as libraries and specialized soft and hardware facilities
