Hiring motorcycles in facilitating transport of 451 Sector's Supervisors during 2012 Population and Housing Census data collection

The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR) received funds from NSDS Basket Fund to NISR towards the cost of hiring motocycles in facilitating transport of 451 sector's supervisors during Census data collection for a period starting from 10th to 31st August, 2012. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Tender Document is issued.
